MELIÁ HOTRAM BEACH RESORT
How can a 13.8-hectare beachfront site create distinctive guest experiences while making the most of its coastline, natural water and landscape?
CMV adopted a low-density strategy that gives greater value to landscape, water and the beachfront. Existing ponds were reshaped into lagoon settings for Aqua Villas, while premium accommodation and signature facilities reinforce the value of the coastline.

MELIÁ FOREST BAY PHU QUOC
How do you plan a 941-key retreat where guest privacy, diverse facilities and resort operations must work as one system?
CMV structured the masterplan into clear active and quiet zones, supported by a central facilities spine and a distinct FOH–BOH strategy.
A central kitchen and early BOH planning support multiple F&B venues and the operational demands of a remote island resort.

THE INDOCHINE AT MELIÁ HOTRAM
How do you introduce a larger hotel, residences and MICE program into an established beachfront resort — while preserving its low-density character and creating a distinctive new identity?
CMV integrates the new development with the existing resort through a coordinated approach from master plan to interior design.
Larger hotel and residence volumes are carefully articulated to reduce perceived mass and strengthen their connection with landscape and beachfront.
The Indochine concept is reinterpreted for a coastal resort — combining classical proportions, natural materials and local references with a lighter, more relaxed character.
THE INDOCHINE AT MELIÁ HOTRAM
Layered façades, planting and articulated volumes soften the presence of the larger residential building within the resort.
Classical proportions and Indochine references are balanced with light, greenery and open resort living. Local coastal references are translated into patterns, materials and details rather than applied as decoration.
